CYBH Waymakers Children's TAY Crisis Residential Program - Tustin
Residential Program for short-term crisis intervention for TAY ages 18-25 referred by Orange County Health Care Agency Children and Youth Behavioral Health Services. The program provides a "safe respite" and immediate services to TAY displaying behaviors or a history indicative of SED, experiencing significant familial conflict, and at-risk of hospitalization. The program is voluntary, therefore, the client must be willing to participate. Primary goals are to stabilize the youth. Specialized treatment includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
All staff are trained in and services delivered in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner including African American, Asian-Pacific Islander, Latino, and LGBTQ+ populations.
Authority and Quality Improvement (AQIS) is a Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS) Division that participates in a variety of quality improvement and compliance activities across all divisions.
Services may be delivered by an individual provider, or a team of providers, who is working under the direction of a licensed practitioner operating within their scope of practice. Only licensed, waivered, or registered mental health providers and licensed substance use disorder services providers are listed on the Plan’s provider directory.
